Blueberry Streusel Muffins & Lemon Curd Cheese Cake | Masala Morning | Shireen Anwar | 5 Sep 2023 | MasalaTv ‪@MasalaTVRecipes‬ Lemon Curd Cheese Cake Written Recipe : Ingredients: Cream cheese 300 grams Milk pack cream 200 grams Icing sugar 50 grams Lemon juice 2 tbsp Whipy whip liquid 100 grams Whip cream 100 grams Gelatin sheets 6 -7 Biscuit crumb 150 Butter melted 60 grams Mini cheesecake mold 6 For Lemon curd: Butter 125 grams Sugar 125 grams Egg yolk 12 Lemon juice 70 grams Method: Mix the melted butter in the biscuit crumbs pour it into the cheesecake mold press it well and keep it in the fridge for a while. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and icing sugar well and add lemon juice. Then add the whipping cream and whipped cream and mix well. Now put the gelatin sheet soaked in water in the mixture heated in the microwave and keep it in the freezer for 3 hours. Remove from the mold. For the lemon curd, mix the butter and sugar well until smooth. Then mix egg yolk in it. Finally, add lemon juice and cook until bubbles form. Blueberry Streusel Muffins Written Recipe : Ingredients : Egg 2 Caster sugar 120 grams Vanilla 5 drop Salt 3/4 tsp Melted butter 90 grams Yogurt 70 grams Flour 200 grams Baking powder 3 grams Baking soda 3 grams Fresh blueberry 100 grams Flour 2 tbsp for blueberry coting For crumble Butter 100 grams Flour 200 grams Sugar 100 grams Cinnamon powder 2 tsp Method : In a bowl, mix the eggs, caster sugar, and vanilla essence well and add yogurt and melted butter, and mix again. Now mix all the dry ingredients coat the blueberries in flour and fold them into the mixture. Then the prepared mixture. Put the prepared crumble on top of the muffin mold and bake at 160°C for 20 minutes.
