Ingredients: Potatoes - 1000 g (I used red) Egg - 1 Flour - 80 g Onion - 1 Mushrooms - 300 g Garlic - 1 clove Salt and pepper - to taste Sunflower oil (for frying) Prepare the filling. 1. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and mushrooms. 2. First, fry the onion in vegetable oil until translucent. You can add finely chopped garlic if desired. Then add the prepared mushrooms and season with salt. Fry until the liquid has completely evaporated. 3. The filling is ready; let it cool completely. 4. Boil the potatoes in their skins until tender. Red potatoes are excellent for this dish. Peel the boiled potatoes. 5. Mash them. Add the egg, salt, and pepper, and mix. No need to add butter or potato broth to the mashed potatoes! 6. Sift the flour and mix until smooth. 7. Divide the potato mixture into 12 portions, approximately 70 g each. 8. Grease your palms with flour to prevent the potatoes from sticking. Form a flatbread. Place about 1 tablespoon of the mushroom filling in the center. 9. Bring the edges of the flatbread together and form the zrazy into a patty shape. Dip the zrazy in flour on both sides, dust a board with flour, and place the zrazy on the board. 10. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it, add the zrazy, and fry over medium heat until golden brown. Place the hot zrazy on a paper towel to remove excess oil. 11.
