It’s important to warm up your spine by bending and twisting it in all 4 directions, but in our fast-paced world we often neglect to take care of this very important part of our body. Whether you’ll be holding and chasing little ones around, sitting at a desk, driving, or doing anything else the day may throw at you, this sequence is a great way to start your day. We’ll begin with a light meditation based on Lamentations 3:22-24 which reminds us of God’s faithfulness to pour out new mercies with each sunrise.
