Roti || Aloo Paratha (Potato Roti)

I made these delicious aloo parathas or potato roti for breakfast and they were a hit! I am using my kitchen aid stand mixer for the dough but you can mix it by hand if you don't have a stand mixer. Just add the flour, baking powder and salt to a mixing bowl, mix together, then form a well in the center and add the water and oil and mix to form the dough!
