Here are my exercises for seniors: It's a strength training routine to prevent and treat osteoporosis. The strength training lasts for 20 minutes, plus warm-up and stretching. I’m Mariana Quevedo, physiotherapist, and I invite you to join these workouts. → 💪 We work on: Arms + Legs + Abs → ⏰ Time: Main routine (20 min) + warm-up (7 min) + stretching (6 min) → 🥊 Equipment: A stable chair and two dumbbells.
