Zuelta's New Form

Ok this transformation was orignally for Delta but I never used it becuase I didn't know how to remove the training bra (No I'm no a gooner female SSJ4 with that training bra looks weird to me). So I decided to give this form to Zuelta after editing it. Shackles181 made this transformation skill for me, thanks again Shackles. Also moveset was provided by SSaynT (Bardohan Moveset) and SSJ4 bust and tail was provided by Moon Keku.
