It is how you are built, and tonight we work with it instead of against it. The heart of this session is the cognitive shuffle: a slow walk through unrelated images offered one at a time. A spoon. A kite. A stone. Nothing going together, nothing to solve. Your pattern-hungry mind reaches for the thread that connects them, finds nothing, and in that reaching-and-finding-nothing it finally loosens. Wandering off is not failing. It is the technique working. Every time you drift and come back, you are already further down toward sleep. From there the voice guides a slow descent - gentle body softening, plain object images, soft washes of color, then warm deep water, a low fire in an old room, an endless field under snow that never stops falling.
