Patient Flow – It’s Our Responsibility
Patient flow is everyone’s responsibility! Using the SAFER approach puts our patients’ interest first. Red2Green days are now implemented on our wards. A green day is when we make a difference to a patient. A red day is stopping a patient from going home. Keep our patients moving! Patients’ time is precious! Whose responsibility is it to ensure patient flow is happening? What’s important to our patients? Have a look at this short video to learn more. REMEMBER: Patient flow is everyone’s responsibility! Music by: Emmit Fenn – Lost in Space.
