Pseudanthias tuka is a saltwater fish belonging to the Serranidae family. It is distributed in the western Indo-Pacific Ocean: from Mauritius to the Philippines and Bali, from Indonesia to the Solomon Islands, north of Japan and south of the Great Barrier Reef. E’ distribuito nell’Oceano Indiano e nell’Oceano Pacifico occidentale: dalle Mauritius alle Filippine e Bali, dall'Indonesia alle Isole Salomone, a nord del Giappone e a sud della Grande Barriera Corallina. Risiede lungo i pendii esterni della barriera corallina dove formano piccoli gruppi.
