This time, we tested a plug-in hybrid SUV, the DS7 Crossback E-Tense 225. The SUV from the PSA Group's premium brand is available in two PHEV versions: one with 225 hp and front-wheel drive, and another with 300 hp and all-wheel drive. Performance is very good, more than sufficient, and the ride comfort is excellent, with a well-insulated cabin and a suspension that perfectly filters out road imperfections. The DS7 E-Tense's trunk, unlike some other plug-in hybrid cars, doesn't lose capacity compared to the gasoline and diesel versions: it offers 555 liters of space, and 1,755 liters with the seats folded down. The interior of the DS7 Crossback stands out for its sophisticated and elegant design, as well as the quality of its materials and fit and finish.
