Fleet logistics, HGV coordination, and the unglamorous side of running a business — 4am, no coffee, still going. This week it's vehicles: workshops in the north need HGVs, workshops in the south have them and don't. Sounds like a simple fix. It never is. Traffic, drivers' hours, weather, a brake check that turns into more than expected — none of it shows up on a spreadsheet, but it's where most of the energy goes. Nothing dramatic. Nothing exciting. Just the necessary work that has to happen before anything else can move. Next week, we do it all again.
