Whilst Giselle is Aurora, Cinderella & Snow White. Showing through representation of different princesses why Morgan & Giselle have become astrained. Morgan feels separate from Giselle who is magical & princess like & she’s not, ideally wise. There difference of mannerisms and references of different princesses is showcased through this film & the heart of the rift from the beginning. Fun Fact: Why I casted Merida especially as Morgan amongst other reasons is like Morgan feeling separate from Giselle & her magical world, Merida in the world of Disney Princesses is often excluded & forgotten. Like Moana, Pocahontas she isn’t sparkly so therefore often forgotten by audiences members but clearly that doesn’t mean she isn’t just as important or as special.
