Widnes Parkrun today, I’m stepping way outside my comfort zone. This is a full-effort, solo 5K time trial, and the goal is simple: run under 17 minutes 20 seconds. That means I need to hold 3:28/km pace or faster. No pacers. No race. Just me vs. the clock.
