The relay switches power to a single-phase load depending on the presence and quality of phase voltage on conductors L1, L2, and L3. The load is supplied from phase conductor L1 with the highest priority, while L3 is a lower priority. If voltage parameters are normal on all phases, the relay will connect the load from the priority phase (L1). If the voltage on the priority phase exceeds the tripping thresholds, the device switches the load to another phase.
