RiRa from Riverdance 2000/2001. Irish and Russian dancers. Love the costumes and music! This number was choreographed for the "Riverdance on Broadway" run in 2000 when the new costumes and sets were introduced. It must have been incorporated into all the the troupe tours in the early 2000s and Oscail and Doras has now been re-introduced. If you see the show today, they dance Oscail an Doras different from this video and the original version of Oscail an Doras with Jean Butler.
