Budujemy Plock: K-42

Płock has been developing its residential market for years, but this investment is generating significant interest even before construction is complete. It's no surprise. K-42's location on Kazimierza Wielkiego Street near the Vistula River, just minutes from the city center, an extensive recreational area for residents, and features previously seen primarily in Poland's largest residential developments make the project stand out in the local market. We spoke with Tomasz Dytkowski, the project's investment advisor, about the origins of the idea and how K-42 hopes to impress future residents.
