Cape Wrath Trail, Day 13 / 14 Wet And Wild Conditions, Amazing Bothy Stay, Camping Next To The Arkle

Late April 2026 myself and a good friend Darren, finally start our Scottish adventure hiking the Cape Wrath Trail. The weather is hot and sunny for the first week of our trip but eventually things change and we get a soaking on a few days. We mainly wild camp, but stay in a few bothies, a couple of campsites and even a hotel. Eventually 16 days after leaving Fort William we arrive at the Cape Wrath Lighthouse. Join us on our adventure of a lifetime, it’s brutal, physically challenging, mentally challenging and even emotional at the end.
