Scenic drive from TyrveFjøra to Eidfjord. The route begins along the shores of Hardangerfjord, offering beautiful views of the deep blue waters and lush green surroundings. One of the route’s highlights is the Vallavik Tunnel, which includes a unique roundabout inside the tunnel that directs drivers toward the iconic Hardanger Bridge. This impressive suspension bridge spans Hardangerfjord and is one of Norway’s longest, offering breathtaking views of the fjord and surrounding peaks. Before or after crossing, visitors can stop at the designated viewing area to admire the bridge’s architecture and take in the panoramic landscape. As you approach Eidfjord, the landscape becomes more mountainous, with dramatic cliffs and views over the fjord’s serene waters. The drive ends in the peaceful village of Eidfjord, nestled on the fjord’s edge and surrounded by Norway’s breathtaking natural beauty.
