He developed this unique ontology, first presented in his seminal work, Being and Time, and subsequently applied it to the fields of art and technological civilization. Today's lecture will cover only the basics of his early position, "Being and Time," in a simple and concise manner. Recent research has revealed that he was even more pro-Nazi than previously believed. This has also led to criticism for his problematic relationships with his students. We will not discuss these aspects of his life in today's lecture. We will focus on these issues in a future lecture on Heidegger's life.
