We visited Helsinki in the end of November. While returning to Stockholm, we booked a trip on Viking Line . We saw the Viking Line Gabriella cruise from Soumenlinna Ferry as well. You can checkin at one of the automated checkin machines. Pick up the tickets once its printed by the machine. You can then proceed through the port to board the ship. We were excited to be onboard as this was our first experience on a cruise but getting onboard was easy and quick. Once we were inside the ship, we started looking for our room. Our room didnt have a sea view but it was small and neat with a TV. The ship departed at 5.15 PM and the view of Helsinki was beautiful. There were lots of restaurants onboard, a duty free store, gaming areas, spa and casino. We visited the duty free store first. Then had a great time at the casino. Then we watched a world cup game in our room and slept. In the morning, we had breakfast buffet at The Buffer restaurant. We got a table with beautiful view of the Stockholm Archipelago. We also saw Silja Line in front of us from the restaurant. We reached Stockholm at 10.00 AM.
