AntonBlast: Part 19: Maulbuster Boss (No Damage/CRACKED)

And now we're at the fourth and final of the four Bossbusters: Maulbuster! This big hairy opera singer has a bit of a temper problem, which is fitting as she (yes, this mole is a "She" like Smallbuster) represents the Sin of Wrath. This boss fight is mainly played like a Stress Test. While Maulbuster's singing her operas in the background, she generates speech bubbles that will try to hit you on your lane. These speech bubbles, as well as the enemies that walk on your stage, don't actually hurt, they still count towards losing the CRACKED title. The exception to this is the bat that drops anvils on you, and those anvils can be destroyed. As you take those other hits, a meter to the top-left corner steers over to the left side. If it hits that left edge, the mole audience will boo you and throw all sorts of crap at you, which will then give you REAL damage. What you have to do is just dodge all of those speech bubbles in each phase before this can happen. After dodging enough of them, the audience will turn to Maulbuster to attack her, instead. A meter to the right rises as this happens to show her temper. There are (*usually*, more on that later) four phases of dodging her speech bubble attacks, and her temper meter will be completely full by the time you've survived the fourth phase. By that point, this is when Maulbuster goes BATSHIT insane! The audience runs for their lives while Maul unleashes all of her WRATH to kill you with a giant tomato. This is played like Volleyball where you just have to keep hitting the tomato back at Maulbuster to finally do some damage to her up until she's KO'd, and then you can go in on her for the last BLAST!!! She really should've kept herself under control. After all, Wrath destroys indiscriminately! 4:13 - Dynamite Annie! IN! YO'! FACE! ---------- In my multiple attempts to get a CRACKED in this boss fight, I either triggered a glitch or some kind of secret where I boosted Maulbuster's temper twice in one phase. Her temper just somehow went up both before AND after she got pelted with garbage. Usually, that's supposed to only happen after the pelting. This ended up making me lose the CRACKED in that take because I was blindsided by Maul going berserk BEFORE I played through the fourth phase and I got hit for it. ---- I really don't know at this point if I found a deliberate skip or an unintentional one. This double boost happened during the second phase. Unfortunately at this point, I've accidentally erase the video file that showed what this looked like, but has this happened to you before?
