Raising Dragons! Asian Water Monitors as pets.

Jeremy is in the studio with his pet lizard, a large male Asian water monitor named Sungei (soonyay). We will talk about what it's like to keep them in captivity and how to care for them. Keeping monitor lizards as pets can be challenging but very rewarding as they are intelligent animals. Large lizards like Komodo dragons, crocodile monitors and Asian water monitors can be dangerous if not properly trained. We have seen montiors in Singapore and Thailand.
