Sensing that Mac needs her, Rachel travels to Maine and learns that he passed away in his sleep early that morning. Also in this episode, Mitch supports Felicia when she tells him that she wants to find her daughter; Cass disapproves of Stacey seeing Derek and tells Felicia he no longer feels anything where Nicole is concerned; Frankie sets her sights on working at Winthrop & Edwards; Sharlene apologizes to Felicia for the way she treated her when she thought she had killed Jason and Cass apologizes for what he put Sharlene and John through in court; Stacey lets Nicole have it for hurting Cass and later, Nicole tells Liz that even if she doesn't go to prison she's decided to sell her salon and leave Bay City.
