Silvester auf der Hütte - Herbert und Schnipsi

Now, this New Year's Eve is finally here again, inevitable as always. As a little inspiration for how to celebrate the holiday without necessarily having to, we'll show you this sketch. "New Year's Eve at the Cabin" is probably the one of all our stage sketches that has stuck with most people. In our best-of program, which we're currently playing in theaters, it's once again the crowning finale, right before the final song. Schnipsi wants to realize her long-held dream: to celebrate New Year's Eve in a cabin! Herbert let himself be persuaded. Perhaps he had sensed that unpredictable things were in store for him, but he didn't expect it to start off so badly: A difficult journey, an hour of lugging suitcases through the forest, an unheated cabin, frozen provisions... Only schnapps seems to help – until Herbert can only say "Filsefter" (a glass of schnapps). Various initiatives to liven up the mood for the twosome have come to nothing. The whole thing will once again be a crash test for Herbert and Schnipsi's marriage. But they've already been through so much together... And so, for Herbert, it turns out to be the most beautiful Filsefter he's ever experienced!
