While the flowers aren't in full bloom right now, I'm introducing a cafe with a garden brimming with the scent of spring, just like the painting I drew today. Composition is crucial in urban sketching. Today, I sketched the cafe using two-point perspective and then painted it in watercolor. I also have a video of my palette, so I hope it's helpful. Now that spring, the season for urban sketching, is here, I'm increasingly drawn to getting outside. I encourage you to take a small sketchbook and try drawing in the garden of a nearby cafe through this urban sketching lesson.
