Peace, quiet, nature, and colors. Finding beauty in everyday life. Everyday activities like watering plants or baking a cake. A special day dedicated to visiting nurseries selling flowers, shrubs, ornamental and edible trees. Visiting places with plants and garden decorations is a pleasure and relaxation for me – a pleasant time, even delight and inspiration... Small touches in the greenhouse, in the garden, and around the house enhance beauty and create a good mood. During this trip, I bought flowers, shrubs, a solar lamp for the greenhouse, a kitten figurine, and a charming scarecrow. The next day, in addition to gardening, I baked a cake – a very simple and delicious recipe without sugar or flour. A good alternative for the health-conscious. 🥧Date Cake (sugar-free, flour-free) Ingredients: 300g rolled oats 300g dates 4 eggs 1/2 liter milk (I used plant-based milk) 2 teaspoons baking powder 2 teaspoons baking soda 2 tablespoons peanut butter Instructions: Heat the milk. Add the dates to the hot milk and let cool. In a blender or food processor, blend the rolled oats into flour, or use store-bought oat flour. Add the remaining ingredients, including the milk and dates, to the oat flour. Blend everything until smooth and pour into muffin tins (I used two muffin tins). You can sprinkle with crushed nuts. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
