Fixing an annoyance on my Donner DST-550 in 5 minutes for $5!

Listen, I really like the Donner DST-550 budget electric guitar. It sounds good, has a great neck, and I was able to get the action super low very easily, which is rare for a budget guitar. BUT lowering the saddles exposed the saddle screws even more than they were out of the box so we needed to fix that, didn't we? The fix takes less than 5 minutes, costs ~$5, and it's super simple. In this video I show you how. 🔩 https://amzn.to/4bF8W7x (affiliate) I got the M3 x 6mm and M3 x 8mm screws from MonsterBolts.com. I used both lengths in this video but could have used just the 6mm and it'd been fine. Lo and behold MonsterBolts sells on Amazon too which is much more convenient: https://amzn.to/4bF8W7x (affiliate) 🪛 The cheap but very useful screwdriver / hex bit set I use for guitar setups: https://amzn.to/4kzedSd 🎶   / artofshred   best Patreon in the game.
