Benchmade Mini Adamas, Lock Failure. (doesn't happen with other axis locks)
It's unclear why the lock is disengaging. Either the coating is causing an issue or the geometry is not quite right..there is about .5mm - 1mm of additional distance that the lock bar could travel if modified...but that's for another video.
