Episode #20 - Auto-Trail Imala 2017 model - Mike Wanted to BUY it! - But Didn't Feel Right... When searching for a motorhome, it's easy to focus on specifications, layouts, and features. But what happens when a motorhome ticks almost every box and still doesn't feel right? In this episode, we take a closer look at a 2017 Auto-Trail Imala with just 21,000 miles on the clock. It offered an island bed, full washroom, excellent service history, and an interior that looked barely used. On paper, it seemed to have everything we were looking for. But motorhome buying isn't always logical. Despite the low mileage and impressive condition, there were a few compromises to consider, including limited external storage, a smaller fridge, no solar, and a few maintenance issues. Yet the biggest surprise wasn't something we could measure on a specification sheet. It simply didn't feel right. As our search continues, we're learning that choosing a motorhome is about more than layouts and equipment. Sometimes the hardest thing to explain is why a vehicle that should be perfect just doesn't feel like home.
