It's so delicious with its refreshing, crunchy, and tangy flavors (^∧^) ※ Ingredients 1/2 head cabbage, 1/2 carrot, 1/2 onion, 1 small corn, ※ Coleslaw Sauce 8 tbsp mayonnaise, 3 tbsp lemon juice, 3 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp mustard, salt, pepper 1. Thinly slice the cabbage and carrots, and chop the onion. 2. Place the cabbage and carrots in a bowl and add 3 pinches of salt, water, and canned corn stock. 3. Soak the chopped onion in cold water to remove any spiciness. 4. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar, and mustard in the correct proportions and mix well until the sugar is fully dissolved. Finally, sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. 5. Squeeze the pickled cabbage and carrots to remove as much moisture as possible. 6. Place the cabbage, carrots, onions, and corn in a bowl, pour in the sauce, and mix well. 7. Enjoy!
