1,6 млн доларів за «допуск» до будівельного проєкту: Нацполіція затримала двох спільників

The defendants organized a scheme to seize funds from a representative of a construction company under the pretext of securing participation and victory in the procedures for selecting a developer to implement a residential complex construction project in the Holosiivskyi district of Kyiv. The accomplices have now been charged with attempted fraud committed in a prior conspiracy by a group of individuals on a particularly large scale. For the offense, they face up to 12 years in prison with confiscation of property.
