Flying V Plane Successful Maiden Flight

Tu Delft Flying V Plane Successful Maiden Flight Researchers have conducted a successful maiden flight of the Flying-V, a futuristic and fuel efficient airplane that could one day carry passengers in its wings. The Flying V 's unique design places the passenger cabin, the cargo hold and the fuel tanks in the wings, and experts hope that the plane's aerodynamic shape will cut fuel consumption by 20% compared to today's aircrafts. Experts tested a 22.5 kg and 3-meter scale model of the futuristic airplane, developed by researchers at Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands and partner Dutch airline KLM in collaboration with Airbus. ------------------------------------ **Techie Science** ------------------------------------ If you do like our content please checkout the CHANNEL link below: https://bit.ly/2Ejmj25 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do check our other videos on the channel: Photon Rocket Lab Satellite | Venus:    • Rocket Lab's first Photon satellite 'First...   Apple Next Big Thing | APPLE GLASSES:    • Apple's Next Big Thing: The Apple Glasses ...   Celera 500L BULLET PLANE:    • Otto Aviation Celera 500L Bullet Plane | A...   Elon Musk is a tech genius:    • The story of Elon Musk | Elon Musk success...   Amazing Robots 2020:    • Amazing Robots 2020 that will change the w...   Delivery Drones:    • Delivery Drones | Delivery Drones Amazon U...   Fastest Cars in the world:    • Top fastest cars in the world | Top Fastes...   BMW 745e:    • BMW 745e 2020 Electric - Exclusive | BMW 7...   If you like our videos, Please share and subscribe to our channel, this motivates us to make amazing stuff. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ➤ Free Music used in this video: –––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– ►Get this music: https://1.envato.market/royal_music ►Download from Patreon: http://bit.ly/2U48qd9 –––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– For any issues/discussions, please email us at [email protected]! tu delft flying v plane
