MIDDLETON PLACE Charleston South Carolina- America’s Oldest Landscaped Garden
While traveling full time in our truck camper, we visit Charleston's Middleton Place to see America's oldest landscaped gardens. Beautiful vistas, allees, secret garden rooms, and symmetry paired with the romance of the southern landscape, and you have yourself a magical garden. A wonderful day spent at the estate. But we also look at the history of the estate and the Middletons; both good and ugly. A signer of the Declaration of Independence, a signer of the Ordinance of Secession, and slavery. All are intertwined in this estate. Watch for more. Don't forget to like this video and subscribe to see more videos from this channel. #middletonplace #charleston #lifeontheroad
