The Run For Hope: 415 Miles Across Utah

415 miles. 9 days. One mission: bring hope. For years, I struggled with depression and suicidal thoughts. Running became the thing that saved my life, and I wanted to use it to try to help someone else who was in my shoes. I set out to run 415 miles across the entire state of Utah, from the Idaho border to Arizona, in just 9 days while raising money for suicide prevention and attempting to become the fastest person to ever complete the route. This isn't a documentary about running. It's about purpose, pain, community, resilience, and the people who showed up. If this story inspires you, please share it with someone who could benefit from it. Together we raised over $17,000 for suicide prevention. If you or someone you know is struggling, you're not alone. Help is available. Filmed and edited by Brigham Vargha Huge thank you to the sponsors: Kyhv Nutrition Kindling Snacks Lakanto Follow my journey: Instagram: @adamleeburns Subscribe for more
