Replaced bad LED Strips, but TV still has no backlight. Samsung UN60FH6200FXZA power supply repair.

We have a 60 inch Samsung television, model un60fh6200fxza. This television came in with a backlight problem. When I disassembled the TV and checked the individual backlight strips, mostly all of the led's were shorted. So quite naturally I ordered and replaced all of the led strips inside of the TV. However when powering up the television the led's would slightly blink a few times then go out. Still no backlight! All those shorted led's on the old strips actually damaged the power supply board too. So we will troubleshoot the power supply board (part# BN44-00669A) to the component level, replace the bad parts, and return this television back to working condition. Thus repairing 2 problems with the TV. FOR TOOLS AND TEST EQUIPMENT
