In the final stretch of the campaign, Carlos Espá affirmed that he had made his decision and announced that he would vote for Keiko Fujimori, the Fuerza Popular candidate. He also stated that he was confident Fujimori would win at the polls on Sunday. “I believe Keiko Fujimori is going to win.
