'The Last Thaw' Simon Gray's Mid-Winter Frog Graham Record

Follow the story of Simon Grays attempt to set a record time, and become the first person to complete a Mid-winter Frog Graham round. This consists of 38 miles of running across the Lake District fells as well as 2.2 miles of open water swimming. So whether you’re into fell running, open water swimming or just love the Lake District I’m sure it's worth a watch! This took attempt took place on Monday 17th December 2018. Simon was aided by friends and family at different stages of the event. Myself and Simon would like to thank everyone who helped out and made this project possible. First of all thank you to @inov8 for providing Simon with a range of kit for this event. This project has been by far the most challenging and ambitious film I’ve ever worked on. From the initial planning stages to a finished film it has taken me the best part of 6 months to complete.
