Recipes: Pasta Crack Casserole Ingredients: 1 lb penne pasta, cooked and drained 2 cups shredded cooked chicken 1 jar (15 oz) Garlic Alfredo sauce 1/2 cup ranch dressing 6 slices cooked bacon, chopped 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz) Salt and Pepper to taste Chopped parsley (optional) Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease or spray a 13x9-inch baking pan. 2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chicken, Alfredo sauce, and ranch dressing. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix well and spread evenly in the prepared pan. 3. Sprinkle the chopped bacon over the pasta mixture, then top with the mozzarella cheese. 4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly. Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy! (Optional: Garnish with chopped parsley for added freshness.) 3-Ingredient Cookie Recipe: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange 30 Ritz crackers on it. 4. Place a Reese’s Thin on top of each cracker. 5. Bake for about 90 seconds, just until the Reese’s are shiny but not fully melted. 6. Remove from the oven and gently press another Ritz cracker on top of each Reese’s, just enough to stick, but don’t smoosh it down. 7. Transfer the cookies to the fridge for 10-15 minutes to cool and set. 8. Meanwhile, melt a block of almond bark. 10. Dip each cookie in the melted almond bark, covering it completely. 12. Place the coated cookies back on the parchment paper to dry. Sprinkle with whatever topping you are making them for.
