Single prize decks have historically been the backbone of the Pokémon TCG since the very beginning. And, until recently, these decks have been able to keep up with the meta, regardless of power creep. That is, until recently... Today, I'll be taking a deep dive into what happened to the single prize archetype and explain why nobody plays them competitively anymore!
