Thyolo ➝ Blantyre ➝ Zomba Road Trip 🏍️ | Part 3: The Fuel Crisis Ride!

In this episode, the journey didn’t go “smooth”—it went real. Part 3 starts from Thyolo, we ride through Blantyre, and then our road trip hits a fuel crisis. We headed out hunting for fuel, but we couldn’t find any. Hours went by, and the situation got tense—so we had to make a risky decision: we push forward and ride up the mountain without enough fuel, no matter what happens. That’s what road-tripping is about—courage, brotherhood, and survival. 👊🏾💨 At Zomba Mountain, the weather turned—it started raining. 🌧️ We kept going anyway, ate some fresh guavas, and while everything was unfolding… one of the bikes developed a tire issue. Then something unexpected happened: a pickup truck came through and helped pick up the rider so he could be taken care of. Big support from the road! 🙏🏾 After that, we went back down the mountain and continued searching for fuel. Finally, we found it at a Puma Filling Station. We waited until they finished offloading, filled up, and that’s when the team split: ✅ Some riders from Blantyre headed back 🌟 And I stayed in Zomba at Trinity Homes & Treats, where I ate, rested, and spent my time waiting for the next day—so I could continue my ride back home to Lilongwe.
