Yellowcard - Big Blue Eyes LIVE @ Míchigan Lottery Amphitheater, Sterling Heights, MI 5/13/26

Yellowcard performs "Big Blue Eyes" live at the Michigan Lottery Amphitheater at Freedom Hill in Sterling Heights, MI on May 13, 2026, as part of their Up Up Down Down Tour. Filmed in 4K from the center stage barricade during the acoustic portion of their set. The stage was set up with couches to recreate the feeling of hanging out in a friend's basement growing up. Ryan Key dedicated the song to all the dads in the crowd before performing it. "Big Blue Eyes" closes Better Days and is a song Key wrote about fatherhood and his young son. The album marked Yellowcard's return after disbanding in 2016, produced by Travis Barker, who also played drums on every track. The song is essentially a letter to his son, sitting with the moment and knowing it won't last forever. A deeply personal way to close out a comeback album that has already produced two number ones on alternative radio with "Better Days" and "Bedroom Posters" featuring Good Charlotte's Joel Madden.
