Demis Roussos - Forever and Ever | Concert 1973
Demis Roussos (1946–2015) was an Egyptian-born Greek singer and performer who became one of the most distinctive voices of the 1970s. He first gained international recognition as the lead vocalist and bassist of the progressive rock band Aphrodite's Child, alongside Vangelis and Loukas Sideras. After the group disbanded, Roussos launched a highly successful solo career. With his soaring, emotive tenor voice and romantic ballads such as "Forever and Ever" and "Goodbye, My Love, Goodbye", he became a major international star. 00:45 Leon Russell 04:35 Demis Roussos Subscribe to Spotlight Music Show: / @spotlightmusicshow #music #demisroussos #rock #concert #70smusic #aphroditeschild Spotlight was a music program for young people that was broadcast by the Austrian Broadcasting Corporation (ORF) between 1968 and 1978.
