We're One, But We Are Not The Same
The Eastern Ki Federation is a branch of the International Ki Society with HQ in Japan (https://ki-society.com/). To find a Dojo in your area, please visit http://easternkifederation.org/ To learn more about Patton Sensei's dojo, please visit http://www.newyorkkiaikido.com/ Project Implicit Link: https://implicit.harvard.edu/implicit... We hope you will consider finding a class in your area so that you will be able to experience for yourself the many benefits of mind and body unification. Mind and body unification is a palpable experience just like tasting something sweet, like chocolate! That is, imagine never having experienced the sensation of sweet. The most diligent “study” (reading only) of sweetness will never compare to the direct experience of simply biting into a piece of chocolate. Once you experience how to unify your mind and body, you will be able to apply this in your daily life with an improved ability to focus, relax, and connect with others. At the Eastern Ki Federation we welcome visitors and the first class is always FREE. Once you taste true mind and body unification, we think you will want to join our community and learn more. We are a global organization with dojos all around the world. Our founder, Koichi Tohei Sensei, created the International Ki Society to spread the experience of mind and body oneness. You can gain this experience through any of Ki Society's five disciplines. Members of the Ki Society can select the area of training that most interests them in cultivating the realization of mind and body oneness. It could be Ki-Aikido, Kiatsu-Ryoho, Ki-Meditation, Ki-Breathing or Bell Meditation.
