Tsunan Town in the southwest of Niigata Prefecture is full of beautiful landforms created by lava flows from Mt. Torikabo and Mt. Naeba. Many sights have been developed as part of the Naeba Mountain Foot Geopark. The scenery of the river terraces created by the erosion of the Shinano River and the uplifting earth is also spectacular. After seeing the foot of Mt. Naeba, we will also go to see the jadeite of Itoigawa.
