Valid Class-III Digital Signature Certificate (DSC). USB Token (ProxKey, ePass2003, TrustKey, etc.). Token driver installed. Java Runtime Environment (if required by your NICDSign version). NICDSign software installed. Step 1: Install DSC Token Driver Insert the DSC USB token. Open the token drive. Run the driver setup file. Complete installation and restart the system if prompted. Step 2: Install NICDSign Download the NICDSign utility from the authorized NIC source provided by your court/NIC administrator. Run the installer as Administrator. Click Next → Install → Finish. Verify that NICDSign starts successfully. Step 3: Verify NICDSign Service Check the system tray (bottom-right corner). Confirm that the NICDSign icon shows Running status. If not running, launch NICDSign manually from the Start Menu or Desktop shortcut. Step 4: Configure Token in NICDSign Right-click the NICDSign icon. Select Settings.
