Historical painting technique - Introduction part II : Old masters, free interpretation
The title is a bit misleading, as this video is not about historical painting techniques per se. I am trying to follow up with the previous video (introduction to historical painting technique), to better illustrate the layers of a painting in practice. I did so while copying a painting by Guilio Cesare Procaccini. It is important to note that the video shows my free painterly interpretation, not a technological copy, although I utilize some of the principles You may find in historical paintings too! Music used in the video Song 1 Artist: Drake Stafford, Jed Palmer Title: Jed Palmer - A Better Place [Drake Stafford Remix] link to soundcloud: / abetterplace Song 2 Artist: JSH Title: Stardust link to soundcloud: / stardust
