Framework AIOS: O Guia Que Você Precisava (e o Aviso que Ninguém Deu)
Have you ever tried using AI for development and the agent contradicted itself halfway through? Did you redo what you had already done? Did you forget what you had agreed upon? In this video, I explain AIOS: the framework that solves this, and also the warning that nobody is giving: it's not for everyone. ⏱️ SUMMARY 00:00 — AI without structure vs. AIOS in Practice 02:30 — What is AIOS and who created it? 02:52 — Where it came from: inspiration from BMAD 05:30 — The three pillars: Agents, Workflows, and Squads 07:50 — Step-by-step installation 10:00 — Live demo: PM, Scrum Master, and the agents 16:47 — My honest opinion: when NOT to use AIOS 18:53 — When it makes sense to use it 📖 GLOSSARY — For non-devs Framework — A ready-made structure with rules and tools that organizes how you work. It's like a work methodology, but for software development. AI Agent — An artificial intelligence assistant with a specific defined role. Instead of a generic assistant that does everything, a specialist agent knows a lot about one subject — like an employee with a well-defined function. Claude Code — A tool from Anthropic (creators of Claude) that allows you to use AI directly on the computer terminal to develop software. BMAD — Breakthrough Method for Agile AI-Driven Development. The American open-source framework that inspired AIOS. Same logic: specialized agents working together. PM (Product Manager) — The product manager. In AIOS, this agent is responsible for defining what will be built, gathering requirements, and writing the PRD (Product Requirements Document). PRD (Product Requirements Document) — The document that describes what the product needs to do, its functionalities, priorities, and success criteria. It's the "contract" for what will be developed. Scrum Master — In AIOS, this agent takes the PRD created by the PM and transforms it into detailed stories for the developer to execute. The bridge between planning and code. Architect — The architect agent. Responsible for the technical plan: how the system will be structured, which technologies to use, how the parts communicate. Dev — The developer agent. The one who actually writes the code, following the stories created by the Scrum Master. QA (Quality Assurance) — The quality agent. Review and test what has been developed before going into production. DevOps — The agent responsible for publishing the project: uploading the code, configuring servers, and deploying. Workflow — A predefined sequence of steps. Instead of calling each agent manually one by one, the workflow does this automatically in the correct order. Squad — A team of agents assembled for a specific objective. You can use the standard AIOS squads or create a custom one for your context. Token — The billing unit for AIs. The more context you send to the AI in each message, the more tokens it consumes — and the more it costs. AIOS consumes a lot of tokens because it is very detailed in each agent. MVP (Minimum Viable Product) — Minimum Viable Product. The simplest version of a product that already solves the main problem. Used to quickly test an idea before investing more. Open Source — Software with open source code, freely available for anyone to use, modify, and distribute. Deploy — The process of publishing the software so that it is available to end users. Greenfield — A project built from scratch, with no existing code. Brownfield — A project that already exists, with legacy code and development history. Hooks — Automatic triggers that execute actions at specific times. For example: automatically running a script every time you open a session in Claude Code. AIOS uses hooks to work better in Claude Code than in other tools. 🔗 LINKS MENTIONED 📦 AIOS repository on GitHub: https://github.com/SynkraAI/aios-core 💡 RECOMMENDED HOSTING FOR YOUR PROJECTS Need a reliable VPS to run your projects?
