How to fix p1101 on gm 1.5 2018 to 2024 Chevy Malibu or gm vehicles !!

This is a reverse order of reassembly after making repair on the 2018 and up in general GM vehicle with a 1.5 L engine but this repair is being done on a 2021 Chevy Malibu. I have done repairs on 2018 and up ! And this is 90% of the time the issue other issues could be boot coming off turbo piping the seals inside the intercooler where the pipe hook up to it or throttle body/mass airflow sensor as well!!
