Crispy potatoes, chicken sausage, peppers, onions, and pasture-raised eggs all cooked together for an easy high-protein breakfast. For this recipe I used: 3 potatoes 2 yellow onions 2 bell peppers 2 packs of mild Italian chicken sausage from Aldi Pasture-raised eggs Avocado oil Paprika Garlic powder Salt & pepper I also pre-baked the diced potatoes at 425 for 10 minutes before putting them on the Blackstone to help them crisp up faster.
