Transforming this overgrown jungle into a pristine landscape was a massive undertaking, but I knew I had to help this busy family out. This hardworking couple has five children and simply couldn't find the time for regular lawn maintenance or yard care, especially with the challenge of such a steep property. When I first gave them a mowing estimate for the cleanup, I offered to do it for just the tip fees, but after seeing how much they were struggling with the tall grass and weeds, I decided to provide a total yard transformation for free! I spent 12 hours of intense lawn mowing, brush cutting, and edge trimming to reclaim this yard from the weeds. From heavy-duty weed whacking on those difficult slopes to performing a deep lawn restoration, I made sure every inch of this garden got the professional touch it deserved. Dealing with overgrown grass on a steep hill requires the right mowing equipment and a lot of patience, but the final lawn stripes made it all worth it. I ended up hauling away two full trailer loads of green waste to the landfill to complete the property cleanup. To me, though, it seems a bit inefficient to have them outside in Tasmania with a temperate climate (coldish for 3 - 4 months per year).
